ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders must be signed by the purchaser and sent to
a Windward Design representative or be received at 1130
Commerce Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34243; Attn: Order
Entry. Telephone orders cannot be put into formal production
until written confirmation is received.
- Style number.
- Quantity.
- Description.
- Frame finish.
- Fabric number and name.
- Strap color, number and arrangement if ordering
mixed colors.
- Type of table top and color where applicable.
Designate (FG) Fiberglass, (G) Glass, (A) Acrylic,
Sunburst (SB), (FS) Faux Stone*.
For umbrella table add (U) after style number.
Color selection must be indicated on the order.
*Faux Stone (FS) available in White, Mocha, Grey,
or Antique White. *Fiberglass (FG) available in White
and Off White. Other colors: call for pricing.
- Shipping address and consignee for shipping charges.
- Third party billing for freight if applicable,
unless specified freight charges will be collect.
ORDER CHANGES
& CANCELLATIONS
All orders will be acknowledged via facsimile. It is
the customer's responsibility to check the
acknowledgement carefully and advise of any error within
24 hours. Your order is custom
manufactured by Windward Design. All changes incur time,
schedule and processing delays. Order changes/cancellations
will not be accepted after the order is in formal production
without being subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any accepted
change, production scheduling will begin as of the change
date.
TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Prices
All prices are freight on board (F.O.B.) Sarasota, Florida.
Routing
Unless a common carrier is specifically requested by
the buyer, the factory will use its best judgement.
A rebate will not be issued if a less expensive method
is found.
Freight Claims
Purchaser should inspect shipment at time of delivery
and note any damage on the Bill of Lading or Delivery
Receipt. The purchaser should IMMEDIATELY give written
notice of any shortage, loss or damage to the delivering
carrier.
Terms
Orders will be shipped COD unless credit terms have
been established. Customer will be responsible for any
COD charges. A 50% deposit may be required to enter
orders into production scheduling. Customers will be
charged a 1.5% financing charge monthly on any past
due balance.
Returns
Written authorization is required on all goods returned.
No credit will be allowed for goods returned without
a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
Modifications
It is Windward Design Group's commitment to continuously
improve designs, manufacturing methods and materials
in order to provide you with a superior product and
premium investment. Therefore, variations in specifications,
materials, prices, styles and colors may be made without
notice.

FRAME FINISHES
Polyurethane powder is applied over specially prepared
surfaces, then oven baked at 400oF.

Over 36 vinyl colors available for strap collections.
Other strap and frame colors are available for quantity
